Banana, Pear & Strawberry Smoothie with Lion's Mane

This smoothie is both creamy, fresh and packed with nutrients. With banana, strawberry, pear and Lion's Mane powder, you get a delicious and healthy start to the day, or a filling snack that gives energy and sharpness throughout the day. This is one of my go-to smoothies on weekdays!

Prepare the ingredients:

  • Put banana, pear, frozen strawberries, Lion's Mane powder, almond milk, chia seeds and honey in the blender.
  • Blend:
    • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the smoothie is completely creamy and uniform. If it is too thick, you can add a little extra almond milk or water to adjust the consistency.
  • Serving:
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with a little extra chia seeds or fresh berries if you feel like it. Enjoy it immediately!

  • 100 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Lion's Mane powder
  • 2 dl almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional if you want it a little sweeter)
  • A handful of ice cubes
