Winter Glow Lion's Mane Smoothie

This winter-inspired smoothie is packed with warm spices, fruit and Lion's Mane powder to give you a health boost during the cold months. It is both creamy, nutritious and perfect to start the day in a cozy and invigorating way.

Procedure:

1. Blend it all together:

• Put all the ingredients in a blender. Start by adding Lion's Mane powder, banana, orange juice, almond milk, grated apple, spices and almond butter.

2. Blend until smooth:

• Blend the ingredients on high speed until you get a smooth and creamy smoothie. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it extra cold.

3. Taste for:

• Taste the smoothie. If you want it sweeter, you can add a little more honey or maple syrup. If it is too thick, you can adjust the consistency with a little extra almond milk.

4. Servers:

• Pour the smoothie into two glasses and sprinkle some extra cinnamon or nutmeg on top for a cozy winter touch.
